Words with their initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

  • Company (referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to CLOUD STREAM.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Order means a request by the User to purchase Goods.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website means CLOUD STREAM, accessible from https://cloudstream.us/.
  • User means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is 7 days from the date of receiving the Goods or when a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear declaration. You can notify us via:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.


Conditions for Returns

To ensure eligibility for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Goods that are perishable or have expired.
  • Goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply if not permitted by applicable law.


Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You must send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
