Refunds are only available for plans of 3 months or longer and under specific conditions:
⛔ No Refunds for Users Who Tested the Service Before Purchase
To qualify for a refund, the customer must:
1️⃣ Provide a video proof clearly showing the issue.
2️⃣ Have contacted support and followed all troubleshooting instructions.
3️⃣ Follow the support team’s guidance—if the customer does not apply the given solution, no refund will be issued.
4️⃣ Know how to configure IPTV—refunds will not be issued due to lack of knowledge in setting up IPTV.
⛔ If the customer fails to meet any of these conditions, no refund will be issued.
If we troubleshoot and confirm that the server is working, but:
✅ You insist on using a specific app, TV, or ISP that is causing issues, we cannot issue a refund.
✅ The issue is due to your ISP blocking IPTV, we cannot issue a refund.
✅ The issue is caused by third-party apps or device compatibility, we cannot issue a refund.
📌 We provide working IPTV servers, but we cannot control external factors such as internet providers, app settings, or device compatibility.
⛔ Chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting us first will be rejected.
If a customer opens a chargeback without reaching out to support, we will provide proof of service delivery to PayPal or the bank. In such cases:
❌ The refund will be denied.
❌ The account may be permanently suspended.
📌 PayPal may freeze customer accounts in cases of repeated disputes, as they consider it potential abuse of their system.
