Customers have the right to request a refund without providing any reason within the following timeframes:
📌 All refunds will have a $2 deduction as an account creation fee.
After these timeframes, refunds will not be granted unless the issue is confirmed to be on our side.
If a customer reports that the server is not working, the following conditions apply:
🚨 No Refunds for ISP or Device Issues
If we troubleshoot the issue and confirm that the server is working, but the client insists on using a specific app, TV, or ISP that causes problems, we will not accept the refund request.
✅ We cannot control third-party apps, TV compatibility, or ISP restrictions.
✅ If the service works on another device or app, no refund will be issued.
📌 Note: PayPal may freeze customer accounts in cases of repeated disputes, as they consider it potential abuse of their system.
