CLOUD STREAM – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing CLOUD STREAM. We strive to provide a seamless IPTV experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

Customers have the right to request a refund without providing any reason within the following timeframes:

  • 1-Month Subscription → Refund requests accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • 3-Month Subscription → Refund requests accepted within 48 hours of purchase.
  • 6-Month & 12-Month Subscriptions → Refund requests accepted within 4 days of purchase.

📌 All refunds will have a $2 deduction as an account creation fee.

After these timeframes, refunds will not be granted unless the issue is confirmed to be on our side.

2. Refund Conditions After the Eligibility Period

If a customer reports that the server is not working, the following conditions apply:

  • A temporary issue refers specifically to the server being down. In such cases, the customer must wait up to 24 hours for resolution.
  • If the issue is not resolved within 24 hours, the customer may request a partial refund, which will be calculated based on the duration the service was used.
  • 📌 Example: If a customer paid for a 3-month subscription but used it for 1 month before requesting a refund, they will receive a refund for the remaining 2 months (minus the $2 account creation fee).

🚨 No Refunds for ISP or Device Issues

If we troubleshoot the issue and confirm that the server is working, but the client insists on using a specific app, TV, or ISP that causes problems, we will not accept the refund request.

We cannot control third-party apps, TV compatibility, or ISP restrictions.
✅ If the service works on another device or app, no refund will be issued.

3. Unauthorized Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers must contact us before filing a chargeback with their bank or PayPal.
  • If a customer opens a chargeback without contacting us, we will provide proof of service delivery to their payment provider.
  • In such cases, the refund will be denied, and the account may be suspended.

📌 Note: PayPal may freeze customer accounts in cases of repeated disputes, as they consider it potential abuse of their system.
